Kate is an avid skier and has worked with both beginner and elite skiers over the years. Kate worked as a physiotherapist with New Zealand and American ski teams whilst working in New Zealand and she has a wealth of knowledge of how to prepare for the slopes to reduce injury risk and maximise enjoyment and performance out in the mountains.
Join our live Ski Fit sessions on a Friday morning at 6.30am or you can catch up in our on-demand library. 30 minute sessions for all of the family to enjoy that cover all of the important aspects to get fit for the slopes. Including strength, cardio fitness, balance and proprioception and flexibility. Suitable for all levels and abilities.
