Anna Judge

Pilates Instructor

Pilates has been an integral part of Anna’s life for around 21 years now. As a dancer, regular Pilates practice always cemented a great base of strength for all varieties of dance styles from Ballet to Street Dance and Tap to Contemporary. Her professional career both as a teacher and performer in London and around the world made her realise her passion for technique and use of great posture, in life and on stage. With this postural understanding it became easier to prevent injury and optimise performance.

Studying with the Australian Physiotherapy Pilates Institute in 2018 has really helped to build her knowledge and understanding from a more clinical point of view and is now able to share this incredible skill with the community to help people move more freely and with confidence.

The benefits of pilates are endless and it’s now Anna’s life mission to help as many people as possible realise their potential by delivering fun and imaginative classes.

Rachel Jones

Therapeutic Yoga + Pilates Instructor

Rachel, a Chartered Physiotherapist has practised yoga for over 18 years. She completed her 200 hour Clinical Yoga Teacher Training in 2010 and quickly saw that many aspects of yoga could enhance her practice as a Physiotherapist.

The blending of yoga postures and classical physiotherapy exercises allowed for a full body conditioning experience. The breathing practices helped her clients connect more to their bodies during their rehabilitation. She noticed that these techniques could have a significant effect on pain and stress relief. Her background as a physiotherapist enables Rachel to teach yoga confidently to a range of clients enabling them to achieve their own personal goals.

On a personal note yoga has made a marked improvement in all aspects of Rachel’s fitness and wellbeing. She would be the first to admit you do not have to be flexible or strong to practice yoga. All you need is an open mind to see what your body can achieve. In 2016 Rachel also qualified as a Pilates Instructor with APPI and now her yoga teaching combines the best elements from these two disciplines.

Sanna Atherton

Nutritionist

Sanna’s 100 miles an hour lifestyle caught up with her in her 30’s and left her a shadow of her former self. She spent years trying to understand the cause of her gut pain that left her curled up in pain most nights and eventually, in A&E. It took total burnout to make her realise something had to change. She started studying the science behind nutrition and lifestyle medicine and used her knowledge to make diet and lifestyle changes. The dark clouds lifted, she transformed her health and now lives a symptom-free life & is full of energy. Sanna is now a Nutritionist and founder of Osku, specialising in hormone health. She helps women struggling with long-standing hormonal issues finally understand the cause of their problems and helps them rebalance their hormones and feel energised, revitalised and restored.
