Pilates in The Park
Over the summer we are running Pilates in the Park at Whitecliff Park by Turks Lane overlooking Poole Harbour.
These classes will be mixed ability, run by our Chartered Physiotherapists and APPI Pilates Instructors and will run on Thursday evening at 7pm and 7.45pm. £10 per 45 minute class. Please bring a mat or towel to lie on and a small towel for a cushion. Don’t forget your sunglasses too! If the weather happens to be unkind to us, you will be credited the cost of the class.
