How much does the online studio membership cost?
After a 25% off your first month (£26.25), a subscription costs £35 per month, £8.75 per week*

With subscribing to the membership am I entering into a contract?
No, there is no minimum time for your subscription. You can cancel your subscription at any time with 7 days notice prior to your next payment date
On what devices can I stream the online classes?
Laptop/PC - Web (Chrome browser recommended) or download the Mindbody Live App, iPhone and iPad (Safari browser recommended), Android phones, Android Tablets. You can live stream through Amazon Fire TV and Android TV using an HDMI cable.
What do I need?
If you have got a mat you can use that but if not a towel on blanket on the floor. You will need a small hand towel to use for a pillow. We do use pilates equipment in some of the classes but we always give alternatives so it is not essential to buy equipment. If however you would like to buy some equipment please do drop us an email. You will need trainers for the HIIT and LIIT Pilates classes.
Do I need to book the live classes?
Yes, when you login into your account you will be taken through the steps to be able to access the live classes. You will need to book for each live class so the instructor knows you will be there and can tailor any of the exercises for you. You will receive the link via email for the live class 30 minutes prior to the class starting. If you book less than 30 minutes before the class starts you will receive the link via email 2-3 minutes after booking. You can book classes up to 30 days in advance.
Will I be able to watch the live classes at a later time?
Yes all of the live classes are recorded so you can view them at anytime as well as our express classes in our on-demand library
How do I cancel my subscription?
You can cancel your subscription at any time. You will just need to notify us 7 days prior to your next billing date.
Can I pay for individual classes?
Yes you can pay as you go for individual live classes to try the sessions. It is £8 per single class. If you register with us using the link on this site and visit the online store you will find the single class payments there.
Do you sell gift cards?
Yes! You can purchase a gift card for the online studio. Click here to purchase your card
Can I play music when doing the classes?
